He is being followed by three football players—Juventus and Portugal star striker Cristiano Ronaldo ($105 million earnings est.), FC Barcelona and Argentina's star forward Lionel Messi ($104 million earnings est.), Paris Saint Germain (PSG) and Brazil star winger Neymar ($95.50 million earnings est.)

Footballers followed by trio of NBA stars – LeBron James ($88.20 million earnings est.), Stephen Curry ($74.40 million earnings est.) and Kevin Durant ($63.90 million earnings est.) – for the fifth, sixth and seventh position on the list.

Tiger Woods is the highest-paid golfer on the planet with estimated earnings of $62.30 million whereas Tyson Fury is the highest-paid boxer in the world with estimated earnings of $57 million.
